By actively engaging senior executives, boards and influencers across the health care industry, our Industry Principal team establishes and grows meaningful connections for InveniasPartners. Each Industry Principal uses his/her deep industry experience to initiate, qualify and develop a dialogue on executive and physician recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, workforce development and assessment.
Our Industry Principals build robust relationships with companies and associations in their sectors. New business opportunities are identified through the exchange of information, insights and ideas on solving business challenges. Industry Principals work closely with firm leadership to pursue engagements and build brand recognition for InveniasPartners.
Success in the role is linked to building collaborative and consultative relationships with key decision-makers in prospect organizations. Industry Principals must understand the client partner’s talent needs, challenge the status quo in executive search and develop opportunities for InveniasPartners to demonstrate its commitment to service, excellence, inclusion and diversity, and innovation.
The Industry Principal operates independently in close coordination with InveniasPartners’ leadership and with full support of our research and marketing resources. We encourage authoring market commentary, involvement in trade organizations and using informal networks and outreach campaigns. Activities may include participation in presentations to showcase InveniasPartners’ services suite and arranging roundtable conversations with thought leaders. Travel may be required from time to time.
