InveniasPartners Adds Nationally Recognized Health Care Leader, Joseph E. Fournier, as Managing Partner & Chief People Officer

CHICAGO, August 21, 2018 - InveniasPartners, a leading health care executive search and talent advisory services firm, is pleased to announce that Joseph E. Fournier, JD, MHA has joined the firm as Managing Partner & Chief People Officer

Joe is a nationally recognized, health care leader with significant expertise in operating large and complex organizations. He has deep experience leading transformation, developing leaders and guiding workforce planning to provide safe, affordable, outstanding service to patients, customers and communities. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Intermountain Healthcare, a not-for-profit system comprised of 22 hospitals, a medical group with 1,600 physicians and advanced practice clinicians at more than 185 clinics, a health plans division and other health services. Before joining Intermountain, Joe held executive leadership positions at the University of Michigan Health System and UMass Memorial Health Care, respectively. During his tenure, he led both systems through significant change and transformation. Earlier in his career, he was an accomplished in-house attorney, general counsel, and U.S. Air Force officer.

Joe holds a law degree from Suffolk University Law School, a master's degree in healthcare administration from Worcester State University and a bachelor's degree in finance from Providence College.
