InveniasPartners Adds Nationally Recognized Health Care Leader, Debra Plousha-Moore, as Partner

CHICAGO, November 20, 2018 - InveniasPartners, a leading health care executive search and talent advisory services firm, is pleased to announce that Debra Plousha-Moore, MS has joined the firm as a Partner.

Debra is a recognized champion of diversity, inclusion and access to equity, thought leader on leadership development practices and advocate for workforce engagement. empowerment and mentoring. Most recently, Debra served as Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President of Atrium Health (formerly Carolinas HealthCare System), one of the nation's leading health care organizations and the region's largest primary care network. At Atrium, Debra championed strategic transformation and people initiatives that reinforced the institutional mission and propelled the organization to become an industry leader in health care delivery, quality and innovation.

Before joining Atrium, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development of OhioHealth Corporation, where she implemented a number of programs aimed at attracting and developing highly skilled, dedicated health care leaders and associates. Earlier in her career, she held executive positions at Genesys Health System, located in Grand Blanc, Michigan and the Franciscan Health System of the Ohio Valley, located in Cincinnati and Dayton. She is a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
